Our annual gathering on August 19 was illuminated by the presence of our Caron personality of the year. Chantal Caron, an energetic and generous woman, presented us some excerpts from her creations in the field of dance and short films. We shared an excellent meal in good company at the Hôtel Dauphin in Drummondville. The 40 people present enjoyed their evening and everyone went home with a door prize.

Since the foundation of her dance school in 1986, Chantal has never ceased to renew herself in her art, her creativity seems endless. Over the past few years, she has integrated dance and the landscapes of Quebec in an inspired way. She places bodies in improbable environments and creates organic and inspiring short films. In particular, we saw dancers on the banks, in the water and even on the floating ice of the St. Lawrence River.
